Email failing to sync with Thunderbird, but syncing fine with Outlook
For the last week or so, I haven't been able to sync my emails to Thunderbird even though this is working fine for Outlook. Before a week ago it worked fine though.

is the account IMAP or POP. Frequently POP removes mail from the server so there is nothing left to get later!
The account is IMAP.
So what is the error message that appears when things fail?
