Is it possible to set Get All New Messages as default?

I have several email accounts and always want to download mail from them all, so use Get All New Messages. As far as I can see, this can't be set by default? I know I can use Shift +F5, but that's more cumbersome than clicking on get all messages

When you click the drop down on 'Get New Messages', the first entry is 'get all new messages'

I know, but it takes two clicks. I don’t need any of the other items in the drop-down box, hence my question of whether there was any option to only have Get All New Unread Messages as the Top level button
