alignment of e-mail text to the correct sender and subject

Most all e-mails have been correct. The last few days I've opened e-mails in which the text body of the message does not match the sender, nor the subject line. How can that happen? How is this corrected?

Copy the current messages in the folder to a subfolder of Local Folders for backup. Then, right-click the folder, Properties, Repair Folder, to rebuild the index.
