Use TbSync/Provider for CalDAV & CardDAV or Card Book.

Hi,

TbSync and Provider for CalDAV & CardDAV on Thunderbird v78 do not have the "Google Contacts" option...

Oops sorry, I had not activated the option extensions.dav4tbsync.googlesupport;true it works now.
