Go to the help option and choose the troubleshooting information option. Choose your profile folder there to open. It will contain your address folders, there are two of them.

The two default address books are called "Personal Address Book" and "Collected Addresses" and are stored in "abook. mab" and "history. mab" files, respectively.

There are more ways ,this is one of them.
