Hi mayafosli, If you have a backup of your data, it should be pretty easy to restore. Just follow the instructions in the following article: Profiles - Where Thunderbird stores your messages and other user data.

If you don't have a backup, you'll only be able to restore your messages, not your address book. Just add your existing email account to a new installation of Thunderbird, and Thunderbird should automatically pickup messages and folders from the server. For instructions, see Automatic Account Configuration

Address book on your local drive or in any backup that you made.

If using POP email your messages would be the same as address book.

If using IMAP then the messages may still be on your providers server.
