For example: I had visited citi.com a long time ago. I don't use that website for banking. The correct one is citibusiness.com However, every time I begin to type citi in the address bar, Citi.com is a first choice. How do I remove that address from the Firefox memory. Thank you

So I saw the recommended fix. Shift - Delete. That just removes the URL from the address bar. I want to permanently stop that particular address from being suggested to me

Check out this page: Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox.

the directions given mention a Privacy and Security choice from the panel on the right. Must be an older version of Firefox as i don't have that for a choice.

You can (re)visit the citi.com website to create a new history entry and use "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu in the history sidebar or Library to remove this all traces of this website.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks and history and Cookies and passwords and cache and exceptions, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.
