I have two email accounts: alanroughley1@gmail.com and alanroughley@talktalk.net, an imap account. Incoming emails can be addressed to either account. I want to be able to see all incoming emails in a single 'in' box. Can't find an obvious solution. Help please.

Chosen solution

Four suggestions:

a) Use a filter to move incoming messages into a preferred Inbox.

b) Use View|Folders|Unified which will create a generic virtual Inbox.

c) If Unified Folders is too heavy handed for you, look at Saved Searched folders where you can set up your own specific virtual folders. File|New|Saved Search

d) Use View|Folders|Unread to show only those folders with unread messages. They are not all in one folder, but you can find where your new new messages are. Furthermore, using the Unread switch in the QuickFilter Bar will limit the display to just Unread messages.
