I have a new iphone and need to enter my password to get my work email on my cell phone, don't remember password.

If you have told Thunderbird to remember your password go to Options-Security-Passwords-Saved Passwords Click Show Passwords.

If not contact your email provider to reset your password.

FYI: There is no such thing as Mozilla email so there is no password for it. Your email account with your provider has a password.
