Can't download new emails
One of my hotmail accounts on Thunderbird will no longer receive emails. I had an issue with duplicate emails which I solved but now none of the emails are being detected. I've tried deleting the password saved and re entering it. I've tried checking how the account is configured on Thunderbird but nothing's changed. Please help! Many thanks

Thank you- I just tried that and changed the server name to the correct URL but no new messages being found by Thunderbird yet sadly.

Please add the troubleshooting information to your post To find the Troubleshooting information:
- Open Help (or click on three-line-icon and select Help)
- Choose Troubleshooting Information
- Use the button Copy to clipboard to select all. Do not check box "Include account names"!
- Paste this in your post.
Please also add the result of these troubleshooting steps to your post
- Does Thunderbird work in TB Safe mode (see Thunderbird Safe Mode)?
- Do you use anti-virus and firewall software? What is the version?
I don't have any antiviruses etc installed that I am aware of (I use a mac).
Thunderbird works in safe word but I still can't receive emails from that account, but the others are still working.
