Hello,

I haven't been able to locate the strings "Recent Tags" and "Other Bookmarks" (in the Bookmarks library) in any of the language files (dtd and properties).

You can change "Recent Tags" in the library window. "Other Bookmarks" is in chrome\Your Local\locale\Your Local\places\places.properties.
