Ever since installing Firebird 38.1.0 the software keeps crashing, even in safe mode. I am running Windows 8.1.
Currently on 38.2.0 I have even run the program in safe mode. It makes no difference.

What plugins are installed?
If you mean Add-ons then, as noted, even in Safe mode, the problem presists. In Safe Mode all Add-ons are disabled.
I mean plugins, not extensions.

The crash appears to be related to a file 'externalservice.dll'. You may search your disk to which application that DLL belongs to. Your list of plugins doesn't give me anymore clues. And you tried safe mode already. There isn't much more I can suggest.

Not exactly sure what that means. Your last crash report is from July. That's more than two month ago.

This was a Birdiesync file. If you are familiar with the app, it syncs email client with Android smartphones. I deleted the program. We'll see if it solves the problem.
