Is there a Keyboad way to access the reader viewer icon on the address bar?

I love the reader viewer for my blind and low vision users. However is there a keyboard command to access the icon? It would be helpful if there was or the ability to tab to it from the address bar. I did find an article that gave me control alt F but that did not work. Any ideas?
