Is this the only file Firefox can't download?

After clicking "Accept and Install" I get a blue circle icon for a few moments, then a popup window flashes, and then I get a small dialog that says

You have chosen to open: ChromeSetup.exe from https://dl.google.com Would you like to save this file?

How far do you get in that process?

I click the link that you provide and I do download it, there's a popup message on the screen that says "Allow www.google.com to run "Google Update ?" there's a 2 options "Continue Blocking"or "Allow".

If I press "Allow" Button, There will be another popup near the url saying the same prompt, "Allow www.google.com to run "Google Update ?" but this time the options are, "Allow" or "Allow and Continue".

If I press the "Allow and Conitnue" Button.. There's nothing happen and to check the download, it indicates the status, "Failed".

That message is related to a Google Update plugin. Try this: disable the plugin first before downloading again. You can do that on the Add-ons page, either:

• Ctrl+Shift+a
• "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Plugins. Look for "Google Update" (I don't know its exact name) and change "Ask to Activate" to "Never Activate".

Then launch a new window (Ctrl+n), or right-click the link and Open Link in New Window, and try the download there.
