First access to imap-mail.outlook.com on port 993 responds with authMethod==7

Version 41.0a1 Daily 2015-06-27. The problem also exist in the 38.0.1 release.

It seems that either Thunderbird or Outlook.com have change the POP3/IMAP authentication method. I've compiled a debug version and it barks at line 1610 in nsPop3Protocol.cpp as the query at line 492 "rv = server->GetAuthMethod(&authMethod);" returns a value of 7. It's only happening with IMAP and only the first initial "opening phase". Subsequent call returns a different value and I'm able to use my IMAP-account @ outlook.com. But I'm stuck with the first MsgBox "Authentication Failed" and only a "Cancel" gets it working.
