I have a new computer with Windows 7, and I am unable to download FF at all. It acts like it's downloading, but I am repeatedly getting the message the download has been interrupted. I have already tried downloading the localized version from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/?q=English%20(US), and I got the same message.

Hello, try to boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) and then see if that allows to download and install Firefox from your -correct- link.

thank you

Sorry, but the link you supplied does not have the information I need to try booting the computer in safe mode. And I have no idea what you mean by installing Firefox "from your -correct- link." ????????

If need, go to another computer. Download Firefox Full Installer For All languages And Systems {web link} to a thumb drive. Then install it when you get home.

"from your -correct- link." means that the link you already post is the correct one (full installer, English-US language)

thanks
