When I clikd on PRINT Firefox only wants t save to a PDF, no option to send to the printer
My problem is when I want to print anything I have to use a different browser or cop and past to a work processor and print from there.

And there's no other printer? What happens when you expand the printers' list?
I don't see any list of printers. I just click the PRINT icon and get a pop-up asking where to store the PDF
Try Ctrl + P or go to menu ≡ -> Print…
Thanks for working with me on this. I keep etting pulled to other tasks.
Anyway, It seems that whatever I try the only thing that happens is that I get a screen asking where to store the PDF. So far the only thing that works is the open the document in my PDF program and print from there.
There must be something buried in the settings that I haven't found that controls this, I guess.
Firefox has some hidden print settings that could be in effect. Here is how to check those:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.
More info on about:config: Configuration Editor for Firefox. The moderators would like us to remind you that changes made through this back door aren't fully supported and aren't guaranteed to continue working in the future.
(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste print.always_print_silent and pause while the list is filtered
(3) If the preference is bolded and has a value of true, double-click it (or click the Toggle button or Reset button at the right end of the row) to restore the default value of false
(4) In the search box in the page, type or paste print.prefer_system_dialog and pause while the list is filtered
(5) If the preference is bolded and has a value of true, double-click it (or click the Toggle button or Reset button at the right end of the row) to restore the default value of false
Was either of those options enabled?
