Hi there, could you add in which website this is happening?

its a banking website, The site is not the problem it the new version of FF has activated

something that wont allow the data to be loaded

Hey gupton1, in order for us to be able to help you troubleshoot this, we need to know which website is giving you this message. The reason is, we want to understand if we can also see the same message or if this problem is unique to only you, in which case we can help you troubleshoot.

If you try logging in via a new Private Window, does it improve?

Otherwise some standard troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the issue:

  1. Start with clearing Firefox cache.
  2. If it does not help, try clearing cookies and data for the website you experience troubles with (warning: you will be logged out on this website).
  3. If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. If the problem doesn't persist, please follow the steps from this article to troubleshoot further.
  4. Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield Fx89ShieldIcon icon in the left part of the address bar. If ETP is enabled, try disabling it.
  5. If nothing from the above helps, it is most likely an issue on the website's side. You may want to inform the website owner or administrator about that. You can also report it to Mozilla using the built–in "Report Broken Site" tool that captures some extra diagnostic info for visibility. Thanks!
