When I follow the instruction to configure Filelink I click on tools then options but there is no attachment panel. There in only a Files and Attachments section and it does not have an outgoing tab therefore, I cannot configure. What am I doing wrong?

Never mind! I found Composition and got myself set up. Thank Matt for your help.

Thunderbird 78 changers the layout of the options panels, most of the old panels are in the General tab now and that is certainly where the incoming attachments have landed.

However a quick look shows the stuff for filelink is under composition.

Matt, Where do I find composition in Thunderbird? I looked in options - General and it was not there.
