How and when does it show up? You may have adware.

Look thru your Add-ons Manager, and your programs folder. Remove Twitter anything.

Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control>(Mac:<Command>)<Shift> A) Select Extensions,

Using your file browser, open the Programs folder on your computer.
