Hi.

Every and each time I try to move any message to my local folders, or make any change on it, I get that error message. I can create new folders inside my Local Folders (for instance, a Test folder) and I can still access the messages stored there, but I can not make any further change.

I have tried these things so far:

1 - Check that I have enough space on the partition. 2 - Check the access privileges (I have set them to Total Control to all users). 3 - Compact all mail folders. 4 - Repair all mail folders. 5 - Rename the Local Folders to "Local Folders.old" and create a new one. 6 - Place the local folders in a different drive. 7 - Recreate the profile, either by copying the files manually and by importing them. 8 - Delete all local folders' .msf files (to rebuild indexes) 9 - Uninstall and reinstall Thunderbird from scratch to the last version - 142.0 (64-bit) 10 - Revert the last W10 system update. 11 - Check the antivirus configuration. 12 - Recover an old backup of my Mail folder (done when there was no error). 13 - Delete the entire disk data partition, reformat and recover it. 14 - Run Thunderbird in safe mode. 15 - Run Thunderbird as an administrator (as suggested by Gerardo below)

The error persists and I have run out of ideas.

Could someone help me, please? At my local folders I have years of messages that I still browse, and I use them as a local archive.

Tengo un correo que está "inexistente". Lo tengo en la bandeja de entrada pero no me deja entrar en él ni eliminarlo o moverlo a una carpeta; simplemente está ahí y no puedo hacer nada con él. En su momento, cuando se recibió, se abrió con normalidad pero horas después se quedó pillado de tal forma que ocurre lo mencionado. Al pinchar en el correo no sale lo que hay en su interior, muestra el último correo que se haya abierto anterior a intentar abrir este. ¿Hay alguna forma de forzar el eliminado o sacarlo de la bandeja de entrada?

Hello Thunderbird Team, It would be great to have an option to completely disable automatic conversation expansion when returning to the inbox or switching folders. Currently, this behavior is inconvenient, as there's no way in the settings to keep conversations collapsed or as they were. Please include this in future updates! Since a few days ago, my browser is not saving my session. For that, every time I close Mozilla and open it again, I lose all my tabs. I've been looking for a way to fix it but to no avail. I love this browser but that feature is essential to me :(

Hello, I would like to ask why Firefox behaves differently regarding file downloads in Windows 7 and Windows 10.

In Windows 7, when I enable the option “Always ask you where to save files”, Firefox respects my choice and allows me to directly select the folder where I want to save the file.

However, in Windows 10, even though I have this option enabled, Firefox does not respect my choice. Instead, it first downloads everything into the Downloads folder, and then I have to manually move the files myself. It does not automatically ask me where I want to save the file, nor does it move it to my chosen folder.

This makes my work process more complicated and time-consuming. Could you please explain why this difference exists between Windows 7 and Windows 10, and if there is a way to restore the old behavior so Firefox asks before downloading?

Al recibir un mensaje , me sale un texto muy extenso de información, creo que es el código fuente. No quiero que me salga y no me da opción de desactivarlo.. Cómo lo puede quitar ?

Hola Con la nueva version,el adjunto del correo no se guarda en la carpeta que le indico, ni cuando le doy a guardar ni cuando pincho con el segundo boton del raton y le doy a guardar como. ( cuando hay un solo archivo) Si hay varios adjuntos si intento guardar un solo archivo no se guarda en la carpeta pero si le doy a icono de guardar todo si que se guardan.

Si parto la pantalla con el thunderbird y la carptea donde quiero guardar el archivo y lo arrasto si que se guarda

30/07/2025. Disculpe señor. Tuvo algún tiempito para consultar donde está el problema que tengo, porque no me aparece en el gestor THUNDERBIRD, los “spams” ? El pasado día 22/07/2025, me había comentado que iba a averiguar dado que ud. no usa cuentas POP3. Le pido disculpas. Sds. - - - le reitero el envío de como lo tengo configurado, en 3 capturas. - -

formatie el pc y para iniciar sesión nuevamente restablecí la contraseña no se sincronizo nada.

tengo todos los marcadores en el firefox del celular pero me da miedo poner la nueva contraseña y que se sincronize mal lo cual es muy probable.

cuales serian los pasos a seguir? no existe el exportar desde el app de android?

pd: no se para que pregunta que quieres sincronizar, si no guarda nada. ya perdi mis contraseñas anteriormente y esta seria la gota para alejarme de mozilla.

Ayer use firefox todo el dia hoy al prender la pc y iniciar Mozilla se queda tildado y no puedo tocar nada, al tiempo sale eso, en modo seguro me deja llegar a mover un poco la ventana pero igualmente se tilda, intente modo seguro, nuevo perfil, reiniciando la pc. No reinstale firefox porque no queiro perfer los marcados y el historial
