zynga.com doesn't load at all and zynga games load very slowely on FB

starting a few days ago zynga.com started loading slowly, now the page doesn't load at all and on FB that games load very very slowly. i've tried updating firefox, than uninstalling and reinstalling firefox and that didn't help.

Your System Details List shows that you have two Flash plugins installed.

  1. Shockwave Flash 11.7 r700
  2. Shockwave Flash 11.6 r602

You should remove the older 11.6 version and make sure that you have the latest Flash player.

The problem is that firefox isn't letting me remove the older version, only disable it. and that doesn't help.
