Hi - I just downloaded Firefox 5.0.1 for my new Windows computer at work - it's running Windows 7.

When I try to manually type a URL into the navigation bar, nothing happens when I hit "enter" or click on the green arrow. Typing into the search bar is an annoying extra step.

Is this a bug or is something else going on?

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
