いつも20年間もお世話になっております。

今回のトラブルは、ver:102.2.2 (64bits)にバージョンアップした時点 でログイン出来なくなり、パスワードの変更を求められました。

現在の状態は、次の通り順番に内容を連絡いたします。 1.プロバイダがYahoo!JAPANからパスワード変更しました。(XXX図) 2.その後にログインした処、ログインに失敗しましたとの表示(CCC& 　DDD図)されました。 3.そこで、メールアドレスのセットアップ(BBB図)しました。 4.次に当ソフトからツール＞設定＞プライバシーとセキュリティ＞パスワード＞ 　保存されているパスワードを開いたら、何と送信メールのプロバイダが欠如 　していました。(AAA図） 以上が現状です。9/10頃から発生していますので、早急に対処手順を当GMAIL に回答返信お願いします。

尚、パソコン２台-メールアドレス：win81web@ybb.ne.jpの環境は次の通りです。 1.NEC VN770RSR Windows8.1>10 Ver.21H2 bilts.19044.2006 (windows11-NO) 2.Dell Inspiron5570 Windows10 Ver.21H2 bilts.19044.2006 (windows11-OK)

The folder 'Junk-1 on ***@***.com' could not be found, so filter(s) associated with this folder will be disabled. Verify that the folder exists, and that filters point to a valid destination folder. Thunderbird thinks it has an invalid filter to a folder that does not exist. No, I do not have a folder "Junk-1" No, I do not have a filter that references "Junk-1" No, the file "msgFilterRules.dat" for this account does not have a reference to "Junk-1" Yes, this happens EVERY, SINGLE, TIME, Thunderbird is opened. Yes, this happens with 102.9.1 (32-bit) as it has for the last couple of years. Suggestion, since Thunderbird can not show the filter that does not exist, maybe it could DELETE the filter from where ever it a hallucinating it and move on.

Vcard is not enabled in my settings (see screen shot) But whenever I send an email a blank card appears at the bottom. Is there some other setting i am missing?

How can I remove donation POPUPS. I installed Thunderbird a few weeks ago. Because of the excellent working mailbox, I immediately transferred a donation and then received a friendly confirmation, but still those annoying POPUPS.

I just installed TB 102. I have multiple cardDAV accounts set up in Thunderbird, they synchronised fine as far as I can tell. But when I type anything in the field "search all address books", nothing happens. Even if I press enter. The entire list of contacts remains displayed, I can scroll it, as if I never typed anything in the search field...

Any view what I could be doing wrong? I have only two add-ons: Dark Reader and Addon Compatibility Check.

Been using TB for ages - love it - however it has recently stopped receiving emails - what is the cure? Reinstall? New update?

About your message below regarding 'Email me when someone answers the thread' - if the problem is that I am NOT receiving emails? Send a text?

My version of Thunderbird is 102.0.3(64-bit). It will not update. i keep getting a message that it is not able to download the update and need to download a new version for the update. Can any one help me. Thanks

I KEEP TRYING TO GO INTO MY E-MAIL AN IT WILL NOT LET ME. IT KEEPS COMING UP SAYING NOT RESPONDING. I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO. THE LAST DAY I WAS SENT ANYTHING WAS 11/25/2022. Does Firefox save a backup copy of things like address book and archives? It so, where and what are the file names? How do I prevent future updates from removing important data? HELP!

I realized that when i use Quicsearch field for searching in message BODY, it works wrong. When i put to search field value 1084783026 it finds some messages, but when i delete one number (either from begin or end) , it does not find anything, even not than previous records . I use Thunderbird since years. Non problem, I'm very happy with it. Two days ago I upgraded my PC to Windows 11, and when I send some emails from one of my three accounts, while copying it in the relevant folder, the shown windows is cut on the right, as per my attached snapshot. Small defect indeed, but... :-)

I am unable to login to my Thunderbird email account. I was told by my Skybest support team that they would have you call me with the PASSWORD that will allow me to log in. My phone number is 336-200-2068. Thank you!

Today my 102.0.1 has disappeared. TB has worked for me for decades including now on 102.0.1 which is the latest version. I've downloaded 102.0.1 again but still doesn't show up.
