I just needed to reset my kindle hd 10 to factory. When I try to sign in to firefox in order to sync bookmarks, the page won't open but only spins. I was able to sync bookmarks when I bought the kindle in December. Thanks.

I'm making this thread since the previous one was closed and provided no real solution, yet the result shows on the very top of Google. So I like to provide helpful information to others in my answer below.

I am using Mozilla Firefox on Samsung Galaxy A5 phone (Android version 4.4.4) since 2016. I last used Firefox on my phone yesterday. Today, when I wanted to browse internet, I noticed that Mozilla Firefox app has been removed from my phone. When I visited Google Play Store, the app was unavailable in search. Since the app has has vanished from phone, I tried to open the download link on Mozilla.org website in Chrome, it is not working (https://app.adjust.com/2uo1qc?redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fplay.google.com%2Fstore%2Fapps%2Fdetails%3Fid%3Dorg.mozilla.firefox&campaign=www.mozilla.org&adgroup=mobile-android-page) I am in a fix! I try using the pair feature but each time I scan, I get a page showing "Did you use the system camera? You must pair from within the Firefox app" Even though I did pair from the Firefox app. I have tried multiple times, always the same issue. So I am trying to download some large files, but the server I am downloading from are extremely slow. My place doesnt have stable internet connection and during my download, almost 100% of the time, it fails. Now there is a "Try again" button that can continue downloading the file in firefox after the connection is back. When I press the button, it resumes the download from where it was, but I noticed that the files are not downloaded correctly. The file size is noticeably smaller than what it should be, and it is non-functional. My phone uses android 11 custom rom (lineage), but the same issue is also present on an older, stock anroid phone I have. This issue has been present for at least half a year and I dont know a solution. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Can't move Collections from my old phone to my new phone I have pressed sync BTW it still doesn't appear on the new phone. The photo is the two Collections containing 100 web addresses each on my old phone.

So I'm currently trying to download and switch my browser on my Motorola phone to Firefox because of the newest Google tracking news, but I'm having problems. Everytime i try to download both Firefox or Firefox Focus itll go all the way to 100%, but then jump back to exactly 37% on both. this is repeated and I've been trying for about 30 minutes to figure this out. I'm hoping it's just Google play [removed] with it but i don't know. help?
