Hi, I want to enable notification for firefox on my windows 10 , but the app name in not showing in settings app to push notification. All of the other browser are in the list.Please provide a solution for this.

I bought a new computer that has a smaller screen. Firefox seems to be configured for the larger screen and much of the information is off to the side. If I zoom out, I cannot see what is on the screen. How do I get Firefox configured to the screen?

Whatever you changed is not allowing my bank to sign me in without jumping through hoops. They said I need to get you to allow their cookies - how do I do that for a specific site?

In every other App (PC and browser) my mouse scroll wheel behaves normally but with Sheets, in Firefox browser, the slightest wheel movement causes the sheet to scroll dozens of lines at a time. It doesn't misbehave with Sheets in Chrome. I've tried changing mouse settings and settings in Firefox but to no avail. Is there a setting somewhere in Sheets or Firefox that I can change to reduce the scroll speed?

When I right click on an image in Firefox, and choose the "Copy Image" option, it never works. In fact, it hasn't worked in years for me, and that's on numerous PCs, with Windows 7 and Windows 10. I'm doing this so I can paste images into Photoshop. It looks like, instead of copying the image itself, it's just copying the image file, but this means I can't paste it into Photoshop.

Firefox used to show our browsing history from years ago. Tonight we tried to access our history and all of a sudden it goes no further back than this month. How did this happen, and how can we get the older history back?

We have been researching this for several hours tonight and have already tried many of the suggestions such as viewing the places.sqlite file--which we did, but which also only showed history going to the beginning of June--trying to view the index.dat file--which came up empty using the index.dat analyzer reader--and trying to read a JSON file that is called "session store backups."

We know our way around a computer, more or less, but are not programmers or coders.

Every time I click a link in Firefox it gets denied. I get notifications like You don't have permission to access this site. Works in Microsoft Edge. Have already tried emptying cookies and caches.

I was having problems with my email and was looking more closely at those settings as well as firefox/ deleted cache, cookies , etc. 5 months ago my email was hacked so I am being extra cautious....

I just discovered there are many items listed that say to save the application. I do not recall adding these.... How did they get there? I recall whatever was listed I chose that I be asked what to do with it. Here is a screenprint so you can see what the items are. I use Linux. The only change I made after seeing this is to ask me about anything not listed. The answer had been to save. Should I change them all to ask me? I use Firefox search engine.

I am a Rogers/Yahoo mail.

I have not signed up for Thunderbird because Rogers says they do not "support" it and will not provide any help for any third-party email problems.

Lately, when I compose an email or receive an email in my Rogers email, they contain the letter "A" in a circle with a dark brown "brick" appearing background, directly in front of my email address, and that is accompanied by the words "Mail Service." This started only recently.

Rogers said they have never seen this and asked what search engine I am using. I told them Firefox. They suggested I try testing with a different search engine, so I used MS Edge, and I did NOT get the "A" or the "Mail Service" words.

Why is this now happening when I log onto my Rogers account using Firefox search engine?

I cannot find the answer to this issue in Norton, Windows, or Gmail, so I wondered if it's an issue with Firefox. Shortly after a Firefox upgrade, I started missing content in emails. One example is the verification code from Firefox was not showing on my computer screen when I opened the gmail from Firefox. I had to open the gmail on my iphone to view the verification code. Several emails do not show the message. Also, I am unable to just open an attachment to view now. All attachments are downloaded. This is not a problem on my other computer or iphone, but it started to be an issue on this computer recently.

I've already looked through the FAQ and various solutions online and have not been able to find a solution that works. My issue is that while Firefox sync is signed in (and working) on 2 computers, as well as my iPhone and iPad, I have lost the password to the account and am not able to recover it from any of these devices. It seems the password saved in my "Passwords" is incorrect, and that seems to be the only place it was saved. I didn't write the password down anywhere, setup a recovery key, secondary email or two setup authentication.

I DO have access to the primary email account, but don't see any way to use that to recover the password either. As I am already signed in to sync, I AM able to add new devices using the QR code, but that doesn't seem to work for new computers (like the laptop I just bought). I have already extracted the saved passwords and bookmarks, and transferred them to a new account (the account I am signed in with right now).

However, I would rather use my original account instead of having two, nearly identical ones. I would also rather not fully reset my account as there might be something else I forgot to record that is buried in there somewhere. Is there some way to recover or extract my Firefox account password from one of the devices I am signed into? or is totally resetting the account the only option available?

When I attempt to open FF V101 it will only open to the left. It will go ahead and fully open if I click on the expand tool in the upper right corner of browser (or what there is of it). Any ideas out there?

I saw this same issue posted on here, but I press the shift key while using the Firefox browser and what appears to be a developer menu pops up at the bottom of the page, the crappy thing is this is occuring on my laptop so my keyboard is part of the computer lol

I use Firefox as my default browser on my windows 10 pc. Why is it I am constantly having to verify my laptop with CAPTCHA nonsense??? I clear my cookies etc all the time. When I used MS Edge - never had this issue.

Also, why don't you have chat support? Email responses is rediculous and should be only used as a confirmation to a chat session. When are you getting live chat support?

I use Firefox for many years, no problems. But recently I got fake websites with www.maccabi4u.co.il and PayPal. What is wrong? I downloaded Chrome and it does not happen.

I work in a website for time card and payroll. the screen will not show all the time keeping data. Google works without issue. I would rather use Firefox, but if this can be corrected I will have to change.

For some unknown reason, I am no longer able to download anything in Firefox. The download manager just says "Failed". I tried using another browser and I am able to download okay. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
