Hello, I just installed the latest version of Firerfox & I don't like it. The top of the screen now takes up more space than before, needlessly, imo. How can I undo this version & return to the one I had ?

Mozilla and Firefox Team: Over the past 4 years - your user community has been asking for a way to CHANGE RIGHT SIDE MENU (hamburger) 'Application Menu.' The coding Mozilla uses ... make this Application Menu flexible for users please?

ALSO - major cleanup any false search results on this issue - useful details on HOW TO CHANGE THE FIREFOX hamburger, application menu, context menu, right side menu. After you make the change and make this menu user friendly - please sweep old support inaccuracies.

Recently got a new computer and most websites will not play videos. Youtube works, Netflix does not (Netflix Error F7701-1003), Reddit video player does not, https://www.pexels.com/videos/ doers not.

I have tried troubleshooting mode, reinstalling firefox, have made sure it is up to date, cleared cache, and I'm not using any addons.

These videos work in Edge so I don't think it's my drivers (checked that they are up to date).

I think I accidentally changed the proxy settings on Firefox for Mac V. 106.0.1. I get an error message with most websites now, including all Google sites, stating

"Secure Connection Failed. An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem." Please advise..

when i go to a site that has a saved password it pops up that save password.

so if someone else happens to use this computer and goes to the site it will show them the password.

also going to any other site that has a saved password.

This green cursor does nothing, it just blinks, it's always there. I researched it, but while there were references to it, most replies misunderstood the issue. The cursor just sits there and blinks in the upper left. I only have a few add-ons, and all are recommended by Mozilla, no issues with them. Does anyone know how to get rid of it? Thanks.

WHEN I CREATE A SHORT CUT EXAMPLE TO MY BANK "NSB" THE ICON IS FF NOT THE BANKS... THE SHORTCUT WORKS ONLY I HAVE A LOT OF FF ICONS ON MY DESKTOP AND IT MAKES HAVING A SHORT CUT TO BUSINESS ENTITIES LESS USABLE... DO U HAVE A FIX??? THANKS FOR ANY HELP...

I DID see similar postings, but I didn't see where I could say "Me Too." So I'm posting separately.

This started in the past few days, the first with a website I've been using for 10 years. No problem with Chrome. I contacted their tech support. A couple of days later it worked okay till this morning (10/24/22). This evening it's off again -- after another software upgrade.

I'm now experiencing this with a second site, which I've also used for at least 10 years with no problems.

I read in a reply or two something about "profiles." I have no idea what this is or where to find them.

I have to access a secure intranet through my work. It is something I am required to access every single day. It is currently giving me a "Server Not Found" message, although I'm able to access the website easily through Chrome and even Microsoft Edge. I desperately do not want to switch to these browsers but will if this isn't resolved! Please help!!

i had an update of the firefox browser and i cant find a way to undo it, these colours hurt my eyes and i find it hard to read.(being colour blind) so i seek to undo it and go back to how i had it before which i like and prefer . can someone tell me how to get rid this change in my browser please

Firefox updated a couple of weeks ago and for some reason the mail.com icon disappeared and I couldnt open it. I turned off the app and then resatored it and the icon is back but it has a little cross on it and wont open my e mails automatically ,I have to sign in every time and it dousent show a no when I have new e mails. It was fine before the update.How do I get it back? I only need the e mail notification not calender etc, I can see that when Im logged on. Hope you can asssist, Thank you, Geoff Andrews.

Two months I posted about [[this problem|https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/form-history-control/]] on Reddit where I close out of Reddit post drafts before hitting post and I can't recover them. I still have this problem and I accidentally closed out a tab last night. Fortunately on that post I got a [[suggestion|https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/wzzgkm/comment/im7ibld/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3]] to use the [[Form History Control extension|https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/form-history-control/]] which I tested and works well, but ideally I would like a way for Firefox to ask me before closing Reddit tabs (and other websites) with unsaved changes.

I do a lot of OS switching - I test various Linux distros on my 5 laptops and one really old 32 bit system for my mother-in-law and I am wondering if I can use FireFox Accounts over and over without making a new service device every time I need something from FF Accts :P

This has bugged my off and on for a long time but I have mostly ignored the issue ... until last week I discovered I had like 20 some odd devices on my account -- going back 2 years or more. Now, I signed out of many of them and I am down to about 15 -- mostly because I am a little confused about how FF Accts determines what to sync ... especially since I use FF for testing and the shouldnt be that much in each 'sync' device ...

So, is there a way to use FF Accts 'sync' to get my data to a new device without making a new 'synced' device?

PS - a few FF releases in the past I got what I wanted by just copying the .mozilla directory to the new system but that broke a few releases ago :P too bad stuff has to change :(

Also, please understand that I am on Android, iOS, MacOS, and Linux daily so trying to 'gather' what I am submitting this question on will not lend itself to trying to solve my insanity >< Sorry!
