I keep getting interference from my browsing from McAfee that says my virus control has expired, which of course it has, because I changed to a different company. How do I keep them from interfering with my browsing with this message? It's irritating to keep getting that from them. One of my folders is lost. I know the bookmarks are in bookmarks as I can search on one or more. However, I can to know what folder they/it is in. Example: folder FOOD is lost, but I can search on hamburger and it shows up. etc. A one by one search takes a lot of time. I would like for the folder to show up in what other folder it is lost in.

My gmail account keeps asking me to sign in every other 5 minutes. I didn't change a thing on my setting and up until yesterday evening the gmail still stayed signed in. I tried to add google.com, gmail ect. in Exception, but it didn't help. When I was trying to leave a comment on youtube, I had to sign in every single time.

An upgrade to Firefox, specifically Firefox non-ESR version 86 released on February 23, 2021, introduced Total Cookie Protection

which modified cookie sharing behavior across sites for users with Enhanced Tracking Protection set to Strict (Firefox defaults to Standard). Users with this specific browser setting and version combination may be unable to access the Amazon Connect CCP when embedded in another application, preventing them from handling contacts.

To prevent impact to your users (agents), we recommend that your users do one of the following:

1. Confirm (or set) Enhanced Tracking Protection as Standard in their browser settings. Users can do this by following instructions documented here.

1. Do not upgrade their Firefox browser version to v86 or higher.

1. Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to access the Amazon Connect CCP.

That's how AWS is blocking firefox users to access the sound in a firefox browser. How to fix that?

My laptop died but I have been able to rescue the SSD and turn it into a USB connected external drive. I can see all data from my old PC.

I have tried to copy all of my User, Local Apps Data Mozilla Profile data folders to my new Laptop but the data does not appear when I fire up Firefox on the new laptop.

The old laptop folder was c:\Users|Phil, the new laptop is C:\Users\Phill {setup of new PC added a second L to my name}

Hello, the Firefox app often stops responding when I have multiple tabs open or when a more demanding process is running in a tab. Also, Firefox stops responding when I copy a screenshot. I have tried the browser without any extensions and the problem persists. I use EndeavourOS based on Arch linux, I use the current version of the system and Firefox.

Summary: Firefox fails to load many sites, and some will kill the entire browser.

I recently updated from Ubuntu 22.10 to 23.04, which included an upgrade to Firefox. I originally had trouble with tab/window dragging operations causing the entire desktop to crash.

Removing the snap and installing from the Firefox maintained PPA fixed this issue, but a number of others remain. (Detail on this part over here on the ubuntu forums if interested)

Now many google sites simply show the loading error for ever and never recover. Some URLS can kill the browser completely. For example, this one from the Mozilla website: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-show-spinning-wheel-never-finish-load The error message is attached.

I am happy to perform more tests and provide more diagnostic if it will help. That same URL works fine from the chromium browser on the same desktop systems,as does every other site I've had issues with.

Certain websites (see attached images) aren't loading banner ads or letting my view a site's gallery properly. This is only happening on Firefox - other browsers work fine. I have tried disabling extensions, Troubleshoot Mode, resetting my preferences, and changing settings that I thought would help, but nothing seems to work.

In the attached images, I have shown what I am seeing on Firefox, compared to what I am seeing on several other browsers.
