I cannot play CNN videos in Firefox. They will not start. I can play them in Microsoft Edge and on my iPhone. I can play other videos in Firefox from, say, YouTube. It's just CNN that seems to be the problem. I have a Windows 10 PC.

I use this site every week to purchase groceries for multiple people. Suddenly this week, I am disallowed from entering the site because of ad blockers or pop ups.

I have gone into Mozilla settings and included the Kroger address and an exception. I have cleared the cache. I have rebooted several times. Using Windows 11 laptop. I do not have any other browsers installed. I used AVG Security and Norton VPN, but nothing has changed since I last used Kroger.com.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

firefox is very slow, crash several times. i need to close and reopen.

it comes on average 2TB of Ram with 4-5 tabs open. version: 99.01 64 bit

When I try to log into chase.com, I'm told my (FireFox) browser is out of date, but I am running the latest version. What can I do?

Hi I have been a user of Firefox for many a year, and this is the first tme I've come across an intrusive problem. Since updating to the latest version, I find I can no longer change the icon on a URL shortcut. I had quite a few of them, which helped distinguish (obviously) what I might want to select. That was then. Now, I have a load of indistinguishable Fireox logos which make finding the shortcut I want imossible. On going to change the icons, I find the Website Document tab in properties is no longer there .. while I have Firfox installed. Remove Firefox and the capability magically returns. I have re-installed Firefox in case of corruption, with no change. Before I remove Firefox permanently (which I'd be loathe to do), does anyone know the cause ... or solution or workaround?

My problem is this:

If I click on the open new tab button, and then I keep my cursor there, such that I get the little tooltip "Open a new tab (Ctrl+T)..." , Firefox will stop the address bar from updating---it won't show my keyboard inputs, not will it search, or do anything else. This will resolve itself after I move my cursor away from the open new tab button and the tooltip stops showing, even my inputs will appear there.

This quite annoying, especially when opening a tab to search for something quickly...

Hello, in summary my scenario is written below; Earlier when someone used to call me on Facebook Messenger, I could see someone calling (the messenger call sound and interface appeared) and receive the call. However the problem now is, this whole feature is gone JUST for FIREFOX. I tried checking on Opera, Edge and Chrome, all works fine. Only on Firefox this is gone. So now I have to rely on my android device to attend this calls which is too much problematic as I mainly work on a PC. Can someone please find me a troubleshoot to this problem? Thanks in advance.

An error occurred during a connection to www.facebook.com. SSL_ERROR_DC_EXPIRED What in the world? does Facebook not keep up with its own security? or is this a Firefox thing?

Looking for free border designs, and have found the add-on easy search tool required for most of them. Their web site has the add-on for Firefox, but how safe is it? Thanks.

The latest example is the button to sign into LinkedIn. It is not working in Firefox, but it does in other browsers. I have other examples just from today. I have used firefox as default for many years. I assume this is a security thing, but these are basic links. I have no add-ons or other complications. Most times, I do not even realize there is a problem, but when I feel something is wrong, I try another browser and it works. Thank you.

I have searched for this answer and can't find it, so I am hoping that it isn't here already and I just can't find it because of the way I am asking in the search box.......I would like to unsubscribe from an e-mail newsletter I am getting, but there is no "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the e-mail like there is on most of them I do receive. Is there a way in the Moz://a web site that this can be done? I am using a "mask" e-mail address and have done an unsubscribe with a different e-mail newsletter, but this one, I am not able to do just a simple "Unsubscribe".

I see instructions for sync' to a phone, how do I initially (connect) sync to my desktop from my laptop?

When I sync my bookmarks, how does is know which computer is the primary (the one that I want to duplicate changes from)?

For example, I added new bookmarks and revised some old ones on my laptop and did not have the sync on my desktop at the same time. Now, if I sync my laptop to my desktop, how does it know which device is my primary (in this case my laptop) where I made all the changes?

My goal is to revise all the bookmarks currently on my desktop to reflect all the changes I made to them on my laptop. I'd like to do it without duplicates or displaying old desktop residual bookmarks that I deleted and/or modified on the laptop prior to sync to the desktop.

In this case, should I delete my bookmarks from my desktop and then sync to my laptop so as to seamlessly & efficiently have my bookmarks toolbar on the laptop look the same on the desktop?

I've never had to do anything to Firefox to print and I see no obvious setting for print issues. Normally, all printing is handled by Wind 10. I've using an HP desktop PC with Win10 and printing to the printer is wireless. Have never had problems before. Anything change? What I do now is "print" to a .pdf app and then have to load the .pdf in Adobe. Firefox wants to open my generated pdfs in Firefox..which it never used to (and that's another issue). I have to open, as stated, in Adobe, and then print.

Suggestions?

If it helps this is the main website for Elk Grove Village https://www.elkgrove.org/ To get to the page with the map click on I Want To . . . . Click on Contact The Village The page will come up to find the map near the bottom of the page. This map use to always pop up with the village map right away and no need to enter the name of the town.
