Ever since the update a couple of days ago my settings are so large that I cannot function in Windows. I am vision impaired, so I have Windows display set at 125 percent. This has never caused a problem with Firefox before. Please help!

I have noticed this last week that when I sign out of Paypal.com that the site tries to redirect me to something called loanbuilder.com, which I have never heard of, especially since Paypal itself is capable of granting loans to its customers. It isn't a constant thing, but it has happened more than once, so I doubt it's a coincidence. I have no clue what the latter site is. Luckily I have Noscript running so it prevents the site from doing anything, but I have no clue why Paypal.com would even be doing that in the first place. I have no idea if this is something anyone else is running into either.

I have not loaded any new apps or web extensions for that matter, and as such I doubt it's on my end, as my machine checks out fine on my antivirus and antimalware programs. I also haven't seen this kind of behavior anywhere else either, so I don't understand what's going on. Can anyone explain this and help prevent it from reoccurring?

try to open the https://web.whatsapp.com/ whilst the history settings are on Never Remember History - you won't be able to do it.

The page will not download and you will see just the empty page.

Is there any workaround, or makeshift?

I would like to create what I call custom popups. If I go to a page, a popup will show my own notes. This may be a reminder about my personal history. It would have to be on my computer only and be triggered when I go to the site. I realize that the real url may be obscured by an app, and I don't know if that can be overcome.

I'm imagining when I go to a particular web page, I will see a reminder, or popup or note with my own comments.

This may already be available, but perhaps I don't know the right questions to ask.

I assume this would only be available on one browser on one computer.

Looking at a product on Amazon (that I've purchased before), it may tell me: "Works like a charm" or "Piece of *"

On a dating site it might remind me when I see one person: "Danger, Will Robinson" or "Try again after Christmas"

A business site might show a note: "Remind owner you met at Halloween bash" or "Express sympathy about loss of pet"

On the App Store it might remind me that an app: "Doesn't work for me" or "This is the one Janet recommends"

Perhaps on a saved document: "Sent on Aug 7 by Robert" or "Still doesn't have the right tone....look again in a week"

And when I am deciding which app to use on my computer: "Great graphic app when rushed, but not powerful" (I would never think that an app named "Moosepow" was for graphics.)

I may even be asking the wrong question. I want reminders that are automatic.

So, I just saw an add-on nesting on my "Connected Service" list. It's quite weird, because I never see something like this. Is this normal? The add-on is "video downloadhelper". Since the list description is "Everything you are using and signed into.", it it true that my firefox account has been compromised?

Firefox is supposed to open in the same mode as when it is closed. This is not happening and while not a terrible problem it is annoying to have to resize the display every time I open the program. Nothing I do changes the situation.

I can download extensions and add them to firefox, but I can not pin them into the browser. 3 of them pinned themselves, but the rest are missing. If I click the 3 bars in the upper right of the browser, I can find the extensions in the settings. I can enable them, but I can not figure out how to find the extensions in firefox. I have always used Firefox to access my Theta wallet using a Trezor. No problems. It will now not access. I have latest updates to Trezor, Firefox. I can access my Trezor Suite wallet no problems. Background; Yesterday I had corrupted file in Windows 10. Windows 10 wouldn't open and the solution was to reinstall Windows but save my data but lose the apps. When I reinstalled Firefox, all of my book marks were gone.

I have gone to the support articles provided and pulled and tried to locate my "old" profile. I couldn't my last attempt was to go the Profiles Manager ( about Profiles). I see the Profile default and I see the Profile default release. I have switched between the two and neither are My Old Profile.

When I'm in Yahoo mail inbox, I can see and read my (new) mail, but most of the commands don't work and I cannot see emails older than 2020 (it just shows blank lines for them). The emails never get read, nor can I check the boxes for commands. I disabled and refreshed with my uBlock, but it doesn't have any effect. Yahoo works normally when tried on Chrome.

Recently I began having a problem in Firefox on Facebook. After a bit of scrolling on facebook, there is a pause, then suddenly facebook autoscrolls very quickly, sometimes jumping down 6 to 8 posts at a time. It only happens in Firefox, but it has been so for a few weeks now. Any ideas how to fix it? (Or is it something Mozilla needs to fix?)
