I can no longer use Firefox since last update to access a interactive map on my village Website. This is the page that does not work as it use to. https://www.elkgrove.org/i-want-to/contact-the-village My village said to contact Firefox to get help.

If it helps this is the main website for Elk Grove Village https://www.elkgrove.org/ To get to the page with the map click on I Want To . . . . Click on Contact The Village The page will come up to find the map near the bottom of the page. This map use to always pop up with the village map right away and no need to enter the name of the town.

Hello, I'm unable to access my Firefox logins. I followed some of the advice on here and discovered that my login files appear to be corrupted (logins.json.corrupt). I tried some of the suggested methods, but I can't re-establish access to my logins.

I'm not sure if this is related, but when I click on the Applications menu, though my profile is there, it says "Account disconnected" next to a warning sign.

Please help... I've been saving my passwords and logins here for years. Any advice welcome. Many thanks in advance.

PS... yes, I know I should have backed them up somewhere, I'll never repeat this mistake.

Using Outlook web, when viewing pdf documents, it displays strange symbols (incorrect font sets are probably used).

I point out that using Chrome the problem does not arise.

I also installed the microsoft fonts thinking it might solve the problem I attach illustrative image.

Hi, when I visit some websites, the pages do not work properly. The page does not want to upload properly and links on the page do not work. Can't log in to a page I have the latest version installed.

Once every few days (and now every day) the browser logs out of me from every site/forum where I was logged in and this starts to be really annoying, what can I do?

"Open previous windows and tabs" is checked but it's not working. I had to go to history and opened it. It's happening for the last several weeks.

I type ralphs.com in the search and enter. Nothing happens until I refresh. It goes to the web site. When I try to sign in it says, "You don't have permission to access ralphs.com/signin on this server". I don't have a problem with any other web site. I don't have a problem signing in using Firefox on my notebook or my laptop. I don't have a problem signing in with Edge on this desktop computer. Sometimes it also tells me access denied for ralphs.com. I assume it is a problem where Ralphs web site is blocking me on this computer but then again, it is only when using Firefox. I have contacted Krogers customer service and have received no help. I cleared everything. I tried the "ipconfig/flushdns"? Nothing works?

I recently installed AdBlocker, but then a site I visit daily closes after it loads.

I uninstalled AdBlocker and the site still closes after it loads.

I assume the problem was from AdBlocker, but not really sure why this happens.

I subscribe to the Times.co.uk but past few days am unable to navigate on the website eg if I press 'show more on the web page' nothing happens. `It does work however if I access using my Safari browser, so clearly not a 'Times' issue

Follow the dialog at homelink.com to report an error with a garage door remote problem. Clicking on "Submit" gets a 404 error. I've had similar problems with other website dialogs, but usually the link is just ignored. For example rockler.com, when attempting to place an order - nothing happens. In both cases, switching to MS Edge works correctly.

When I try to log into chase.com, I'm told my (FireFox) browser is out of date, but I am running the latest version. What can I do?

A few days ago the Best Buy website started giving me this message:

We’re sorry, something went wrong.

And yesterday I cannot get into the Walmart website.

This was all working perfectly fine last week. What's up Mozilla??? Oh, and both websites work perfect on Chrome as I had to use them to place my orders because Mozilla decided to all of a sudden make changes...

The title already says it all. Whenever i have some sound or video running in any tab, clicking on certain things like other videos or animated stuff in the same tab or another one causes a small interruption in the sound/video. Clicking a lot of times results in sound and video stuttering. I does not appear when i just click another link.

I already tried updating firefox, reinstall firefox, even downgrading firefox. This problem only appears in firefox and only on this device. I would be very thankfull for some advices, because this is really annoying.

I have used Firefox for years with my MSN/Outlook emails. Recently, something has changed that has caused typing emails to a nightmare. As I am typing the "system" is constantly suggesting text and I do not know how to remove that feature. Each time this happens I have to stop and either hit the tab key or fiddle around with the space bar to get past this problem and continue typing what I want to write. Also, as I am replying to an email, the "system" occasionally opens another email document and at the same time moves the email I am trying to respond to. It moves the email, not to trash, but to Archive. I never use the archive feature. How do I fix these problems. Something has obviously gotten changed in "settings" but I cannot figure out where or how to fix. The "suggested text" feature is disasterous and annoying and it has got to be removed somehow. Please help.
