FF is fully updated. I use the dark theme, no issues up til now. Suddenly text in certain sections of my browsing is dark. I've tried changing themes, using system colors and not, nothing fixes it. I just want to be able to read all the text on my page again. See images for what I'm referring to. Any help is appreciated. Ff version 104.0.2 (64-bit) Windows 10

Private mode colors with CSS

Hello,

I've changed the background color on the private tabs/windows with this CSS:

@-moz-document url(about:privatebrowsing){
 html.private{
  background-color: #2B2A33 !important;
  --in-content-page-color: gray !important;
}

I would like to make the "background-color" to be the same as the window background without hardcoding it, so it always match the theme, ie:

 background-color: <window.background> !important;

I would like to do the same with the background color of the search box in the private mode window, but I can't find the id.

Regards.

Hello, I am eyesight impaired. I am having trouble when trying to use the search bar on the home screen. When the search is typed in the home screen it automatically swaps to the ADDRESS BAR SEARCH. The text is so small I cannot see it very well as a result my typos are abundant, very frustrating. Using the home search bar rather than the address bar I can control the size of the text and use it with no problems. At some point this home search bar function changed, I have tried to use the address bar in place of the home search bar but as I said, it is too small to see. It also makes it almost impossible if you want to search a valid link instead of going to the link because the address bar interprets it as a link and just goes to it, also frustrating. I see a lot of talk about this issue but I don't see any final correction. Is there some way someone could put an effort into this issue for us diminished septuagenarian programmers from the days of old? Thanks in advance, Jim

On any site I have tried (including this one right now) the Enter button of my digital keyboard does nothing. I am on a Kindle Fire HD 8 (7th generation). The Enter button works just fine in other apps, and worked in the browser apps I used before Firefox. I just checked and it's still working in the native Silk browser.

Where is the button in Firefox TabSessionManager that says "restore most recent uncorrupted session file?" Last my last Session and can't find it to recover it? Should this be automated by this version? Why do you not put directions on how to get to the screens and pages you refer to?

I didn't change or adjust anything, but when I opened Firefox this morning some websites are displaying differently. On some websites, the font size is smaller than 'normal' (see attached Wikipedia screenshots), some font styles have been changed (see attached Serebii and Archive of Our Own screenshots), and some websites are not displaying properly (see attached tumblr screenshots). I have cleared my cookies, cleared my browsing history, reset my browsing and font preferences, disabled all of my add-ons,disconnected from my VPN, logged out and back into Firefox, restarted my computer, and uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but the issue still persists.

I'm aware I can custom adjust the font size, which solves the sizing issue, but not the display or changed font.

I've included screenshots of the issues, as well as Chrome screenshots for comparison.

Is there anything else I can do to fix this? Thank you for the help!!

My FireFox media player was working fine this morning. Now it will not play the mp3 files I need to play for my work. Also, there's no sound on YouTube when I use FireFox. I have system sounds on my computer, and I have sounds on Google Chrome, but there are no sounds on FireFox. The media player will open with the mp3 files, but it does not move or play at all. I disabled my antivirus and it still won't work. So that is now fully back on. I uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my computer, I have done so many things over the last 4 hours and nothing is working. There was a Windows update today that happened shortly before this problem occurred.
