Only with Firefox (default) and Norton 360 My Norton page, the page does not recognize that the Password Manager is already set up and active. The Password Manager button erroneously shows "Set Up", and when pressed the surrounding oval turns blue and nothing else happens - forever! That button should say "Access Vault". Also, he Feature Setup incorrectly shows Password Manager as not being setup when it already is on, active, and functioning in other areas of Norton 360, and surprisingly through the Firefox browser extension NPM button. This apparent MY Norton syncing problem only happens with Firefox, not when using Edge or Chrome.

I have followed instructions, installed the new Mozilla and, when trying to use it, I get a message to search with google or enter address. Then, I am told that the "browser has crashed . . just tell it to restart" . . . repeatedly Is it not compatible with a Lenovo laptop? Gail Whitaker

My current install of Firefox seems to be corrupted, because every time i try starting firefox, even in safe mode, it says "Could not load XPCOM". So my only option now is to reinstall, but i have some password and my search history and bookmarks and generall data to backup. So my question is how can i do this. Im on a Windows 10 22H2 Machine, and i am a pretty expirienced computer user.

I recently reset my desk top and after that my thunderbird will not open without a password that I have not got. I need a simple way to find the password or otherwise allow me to reinstal a new download. I have tried for two days using lots of suggestions from web and help but I cant get past the request for a password

all of the sudden all messages are downloaded and immediately disappear. Also all folders appear empty. I cannot access anything I have saved, neither can I keep received messages in the mailbox.

Hi, I'm having a problem with my email. It comes to me through my website Bradfraser.net, and is hosted by Viux. Apparently Viux went out of business a while ago and didn't tell anyone. My email stopped arriving at bradfraser@bradfraser.net two weeks ago and all attempts to rectify this have been stymied by my not having my dashboard info for the site, and I am unable to get it from Viux. (Which seems to have a bot answering questions.) Is there any way you can help me access this email account and get it running again? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just downloaded the update (115.4.1), which has caused all kinds of problems. I can no longer automatically connect with my server, the typefaces have changed in my inbox, there are no longer 'get messages', 'reply', 'forward', 'write' buttons, etc. Can I simply remove this update? Thanks.

Firefox browser no longer on W7 laptop. Followed instructions-downloaded setup and installer. Neither will do anything - message says no program association to implement thses files. Help!

Hello, I need help. I downloaded and installed Firefox (latest version), the icon appears in the taskbar, but when I click on it, FireFox does not launch and I always get the same error message. I uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted the PC, but I still have the same problem, even starting from firefox.exe in Windows (C:) >Programs>Mozilla Firefox. Could it be possible that Microsoft is blocking the launch of Mozilla Firefox? Thank you in advance for your help. Attached is a screenshot of the error message. While downloading XLS file from some webpage, it is converting as PDF ( File extension is changing from XLS to PDF) , Same is downloading properly in other browsers

I have a 39 gig profile folder on a win7 computer and have copied it to a hard drive Trying to import to a win11 computer by importing from profile folder. Before anything moves I get an unexpected error with no explanation Don’t know if I need to try a little at a time or if that even matters

After over 10 years of TB its time to move on to a mail client that actually works. I manage 10+ different E-Mail addresses across 3 domains, Since September, the ability of TB to actually work is hit and miss. (Wont get messages, wont send messages, says messages are sent when theyre not, slower than molasses in January, overall TB has really gone down hill IMO) I dont have the time or the patience to go through and try to change a bunch of settings and do all this stuff (across 10+ email accounts, that used to work fine, but no longer work due to the 'upgrade'), just to find out its so screwed up that nothing works and I lose everything again.

So, what I would like to do, is extract client E-Mail address out of TB, so I can put them into a new email client that actually works.

I have tried upgrading down grading before I uninstall it, Id like to get my information out, rebuilding my address book took forever last time.

All E-Mail is stored server side, so not worried about losing anything there.

Really want to get rid of Edge and start using Firefox. However the last two times I downloaded and installed it looked like I had a huge number of trackers. I run Glarys Utilities regularly and this is where I found trackers. I do I install Firefox and protect myself from trackers.

I have migrated sackvilleandlane@westnet.com.au from Westnet to The Messaging Company, they tell me it is successful, but I cannot get emails. They now tell me it is my provider. Can you please fix it for me? With thanks Heather

Hi i'm trying to use 1 inbox for multiple emails but inside the inbox i want folders to act as different inboxes (i know it sounds complicated).

for example as i provided in the picture i want to use the inbox named Eurasia as the main inbox and create folders within which i will use them as receivers for the all the other emails (Carlos, Sophia, Sent).

Is this possible and if yes please if you could provide me with a step by step guide.

P.S the emails are POP3 as well as the second screen shot if from MS Outlook and it's the final result of what i want.

How do I downgrade to an older version of Thunderbird on Rocky Linux (RHEL clone)?

For my last update (yum update -y) I got Thunderbird 115 which has lots of problems.

If I try “yum downgrade thunderbird”, I get the error: Last metadata expiration check: 3:43:41 ago on Tue 14 Nov 2023 04:57:52 PM EST. Package thunderbird of lowest version already installed, cannot downgrade it. Dependencies resolve

I downloaded: https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/102.9.1/linux-x86_64/en-US/thunderbird-102.9.1.tar.bz2 but when I unzip and click the thunderbird icon, Thunderbird doesn’t pick up my Thunderbird profile. I saw some windows downgrade tutorial that said to delete compatibility.ini from profile but when I deleted compatibility.ini Thunderbird still doesn’t pick my profile.

I recently downloaded Firefox and attempted to create an account- TWICE! When I attempt to use the Firefox account/ app I get a page saying I should download Firefox! I ALREADY DID!!!- TWICE. Have an application support technician check it out and FIX IT!
