I have a Blackview Tab16 (10" screen), which I bought last year; it was running Firefox quite happily until a couple of months ago. Now when I click on the icon, I get a sort of 'welcome' screen (with some message about a search widget?) for a fraction of a second, then FF closes and I get an error message saying 'Sorry. Firefox had a problem and crashed.' The version of FF is 126.0. I was told to try clearing the cache, but there is nothing there to clear! The tablet is running Android 12 / DoKe OS V3.0.

I have an 8" Blackview tablet which - despite needing to be plugged in to run all the time! - opens & runs Firefox perfectly happily. It's my main browser on my MacBook as well, and will run on my iPhone.

I have read the thread for this similar problems, tried all the suggestions but I'm Still experiencing videos not staying full-screen. Is there any other solution to it? This has started since yesterday but everything was fine before then.

Hi running latest firefox for Android on Pixel6a. Whenever I full screen a video, it minimizes Firefox and I'm back at my phone's home screen. After this happens I'll reopen Firefox and full screen the video it will work properly.

Hi! I need help with my firefox, because i started to have a problem yesterday. Everytime i try to go to sertain sites it crashes for no reason! Such as Georgia power, georgia natural gas, and etc....

When I want to watch a video on fullscreen on my Samsung tablet, Firefox minimalizes throws me to my homescreen. After I go back to Firefox, the video is choppy and has a low fps. I fix it by forward and rewind the video by clicking on the side of the screen. Very annoying. Browser is up to date, please help

Logged into Mozilla, Sync now does nothing, "Last synced: never" Also crashes frequently all since last update.
