My computer was repaired by Microsoft and tho it is faster and cleaner, I now can't use Mozilla Thunderbird for email. can't type at all in it and some letters on my comp don't even print at all. Any idea what has happened? Paid for the job as they said they were Windows.

Did you receive phone support from someone who said to be from Microsoft?

I am asking this because Microsoft does not help people with fixing their computers individually.
