Can I fix a corrupt profile?

more options

When I try and start firefox it shows the computer is thinking but then nothing happens. I tried restarting, safe mode, reinstalling. After reading up I found its probably a corrupt file, so I logged onto my computer's guest profile and it worked on there. Is there anyway to get it to work on my original profile? It would be really inconvienient to have to start a new profile for this
