I click. Firefox reverts to strictly text. All html coding disappears and I am looking at lines and lines of purely text.
I don't know how to explain it better. A screenshot would be perfect, but I can't figure out how to add that. I have uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it. I have uninstalled Firefox and all of my bookmarks and everything associated with Firefox, restarted my computer and then reinstalled Firefox. The problem persists.

Can you resolve the problem for a short time by reloading the page bypassing cached files? You can do that using the Ctrl+Shift+r keyboard shortcut.
If that works and you have a Samsung system, you may need to disable or remove the Samsung Support Center program, which can remove files from Firefox's cache at unpredictable intervals.

hello Kathi_B, you can attach a screenshot in a reply to your first post.
it might also be helpful if you could go to firefox > help > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum too, since this might give us a clue what is going on...
