firefox not start-taskmanager kill it-start fail occurs 50% of times

After booting winws 7 professionial on an X79 mother board 16GB ram, I click on firefox icon , icon flash and does nothing, open task manager KILL firefox. click firefox icon and it starts. it does not work with vista print .com shopping cart. it ignores that I have clicked on buy button(block popup windows disabled). do the same thing on Chrome browser no trouble.
