I have reset firefox but I cannot get the webpage to still load. Now what do I do?

I'm trying to open Zynga.com but the page just keeps repeating it self over and over. It tells me that I have been logged out but when I put the info. in it just goes back to the beginning & keeps reload the same page over and over. I have deleted Firefox and then reloaded the program and that didn't help either. I have tried deleting the cache and then also turn off the computer, and then back on,but the problem still exists. It is not the problem of zynga because I can get it to work on another browser. Please help. I would prefer to use Firefox over the other browser.

So the screenshots I have uploaded are what comes up when I load zynga.com. I put in the info. and it just keeps reloading these four pages over and over.

Reload the webpage while bypassing the cache using one of the following steps:

  • Hold down the Shift key and click the Reload button with a left click.

OR

  • Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows and Linux)
  • Press Command + Shift + R (Mac)

Let us know if this solves the issues you are having.

This can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked (check the permissions on the about:permissions page).

Clear the cache and the cookies from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

If clearing cookies doesn't work then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted.

Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
