Okay here's the story - I was sitting here, cat jumped on my lap and then on my laptop. I tried to slide him off or move him and he just kept grabbing on and flattening himself across the keyboard. Three point seven seconds, he managed to destroy a lot of things. He moved my tabs to the right hand side of the screen I CANNOT get them back, no matter what. He didn't open any dialogs or any settings, nothing was typed and I don't know how on earth this happened. I have provided a screenshot of what it looks like: http://puu.sh/2kBb1

As you can tell, the background of my desktop shows (and other windows behind firefox). It is just like the top bar is - transparent. How can I get my tabs back where they were? I really really dislike this.

Wow, I didn't know Firefox could do that. Actually, I don't think that is a built-in option. Could you check the Options for the Tab Utilities extension, Appearance tab, and see whether you have your tab bar set to "Right" there?

Wow! I searched and searched earlier on there and couldn't find anything but I searched again and did! Thank you so very much! (My life is restored!)

Somewhere I read about a program that can detect that a cat is using the keyboard and disable it. Not sure whether that was a real program or someone's fantasy, but either way, sales could be good.
