Hotmail won't load in firefox
Hello. I haven't been able to load hotmail's sign in page for the last few days using firefox. I tried using explorer and it worked fine. I have cleared history, caches and cookies and it still won't open. I have also opened it in safe mode and nothing happened. I use windows xp. Please can you advise me further. Many thanks.

Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?
Make sure that it isn't blocking JavaScript.
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
