i play games on facebook and since switching to firefox one of the games runs very slow and now i cannot get to the other game=says you have to access it-help

when i play bingo bash-it runs very very slow. didn't use to when i was with google chrome. i also play rapid poker, but have not been able to access game for over a week. have cleared cookies and cache, closed the game and reopened the account-nothing. it keeps saying my connection with you is not valid or something like that. please advise
