Firefox crashes on startup
Hey,
My Firefox is crashing whenever I try to open it. It won't load in Firefox safe mode, but it will work on Computer safe mode.
I've looked through some threads but they haven't helped, so was hoping on someone to walk me through the process to at least determine what is up.

Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
