I'm about ready to bail on FF. Sites with Flowplayer won't work, disabling Real Player add-on didn't help. Pics on other sites won't load if you go into the galleries. Thumbnails seem to be fine, but go deeper and nothing whatsoever. I've tried disabling add-ons, safe mode, adding sites to allow lists (not that any are on a don't view list as far as I can tell), and basically running it free of an encumbrance of anything, and still NADA! ARGH!

This is ridiculous that every other browser works fine, add-ons and all, Real Player downloader works just fine, etc etc. But FF seems to be getting more and more prone to failure at every little conflict or who knows what.

Updated, reset, fresh install, safe mode, you name it I did at. This seemed to happen when FF went to v13.

If you have security software, you can try to re-trust the updated Firefox + its sub processes/files. Please see this.

Configuring AV/Firewalls

If the issue is limited to Flash player you can also file a report.

You can check for problems caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update.

If you can't get Flash 11.3 to work then you can try to revert to Flash 11.2.

You can download the Flash 11.2 player via this direct link:

You need to uninstall the Flash 11.3 version if you downgrade Flash.
