Since I updated firefox last night, the location bar doesn't autocomplete any URLs from my history or bookmarks even when enabled
I checked my preferences and both history and bookmarks are enabled as suggestions for the location bar. It's not adding new bookmarks for autocomplete either.

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

You can also try to repair the places database with this extension:

Try to reset Firefox with a new profile.
