Starting from version 8.1 using the menu Help -> Info on Firefox (italian version and also in version 9 reistalled) i see this screen:

I can't do automatic update I've downloaded manually the version 8.1 and 9.1 but the problem doesn't change. I've also the problem that the menu' bar preferred was show only if I hide and unhide the preferred link bar from menu' "Visaulizza"

Do a clean (re)install and delete the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\).

Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible.

  • Do NOT remove personal data when you uninstall the current version or you lose your bookmarks and other data in the profile folder.

Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

Sorry if I'm here again but I've tried with the version 9, 10, 11 but the problem still alive... I have done what you've suggested deleting the Firfox folder but nothing change... any suggestion?
