Some apps that used to be 'full page' in IE are extremely small when opened in Firefox

Why is it that some apps appear in Firefox as about 1/2 the font and/or page size? An example is the ANZ bank (Australia) login app.

I cannot see anywhere in the options to change the 'page view size'
