I downloaded version 6.0 and tried to run it but got the message "the system cannot find the file specified"

I downloaded version 6.0 and saved the file. Then I opened the file and hit "run", then it attempted to extract files, then I got the message "the system cannot find the file specified". I run Vista 64-bit.
