I am unable to use either Verified by Visa or Master Card Secure, when I type in the pass code the information is not passed back to either of these companies correctly. I am then asked to change my password, this works, the popup recognises the change, but then will not process the payment request. This has now happened more than 5 times in the last three weeks. I have checked my system for trojans and malware and it is clean. Please can you help? This started on 8th August when I tried to place an order with Waitrose, two hours later, I gave up and placed the order through IE. I have sent a copy of the screen to Waitrose and this has been forwarded to their web-master. I can forward this screen dump to you. However it has now occurred on the CCfashion website, which is quite surprising as I successfully placed an order with them only three weeks earlier. Today I was unable to load money onto the National Lottery website for the same reason.
