To set Firefox to always run in 32 bit mode, open up Finder and go to the Applications folder. Control-click the Firefox app and click "Get Info", then select the "Open in 32-bit mode" option.

I'm guessing it opens in 64 bit mode, not 16 bit. On the Mac, the Firefox application contains 32 & 64 bit versions.

Cool. Appreciate the quick response. So since going to 32 bit is actually a step down, not up, as I thought, would I be better off to just leave it opening in 64 and just go to 32 when I have to - like Netflix streaming, etc.
